Roslyn is a Praxis-award winning screenwriter, novelist, story editor and producer, with six produced long form films. The Birdwatcher, a dramatic feature film, was completed in 2015 and is on the film festival circuit.
She has also written several TV movies: Recently produced, Washed Away, 2017, Stranger in the House and Evidence of Truth, 2016. Reluctant Witness, starring Mia Kirshner and Driven Underground were produced in 2014; Anatomy Of Deception, starring Natasha Henstridge, was produced in 2013.
Roslyn works as a story editor and script consultant with many Vancouver production companies, broadcasters and independent writers. Most recent projects include Lucille's Ball, directed by Yukon filmmaker Lulu Keating and Oh, Sushi! a one hour documentary broadcast on OmniTV. She has been a story editor on the W Network production Smart Cookies, an Omni Life/W network production, and a feature story editor for rave film Better Than Chocolate. Roslyn wrote, directed and produced two short digital films and associate produced the CHUM documentary, The Oldest Basketball Team In The World, directed by Sharon McGowan.
Roslyn has a BFA from Simon Fraser University and an MFA in Creative Writing from The University Of British Columbia.
